Joy in the Journey started to use Locals during summer 2020, and at that time Locals seemed to offer a promising future. Joy in the Journey podcast episodes could be uploaded without a hitch. Then starting with the first full week in December 2020, Joy in the Journey Radio podcasts could not be uploaded. An error message stating content longer than 30 minutes is not allowed.

A message to customer support received this response: The 30-minute restriction has been in place for some time. The first that we ever saw of this was December, and every weekly podcast episode we have uploaded for the previous four months is longer than 30 minutes. Scroll down the feed on our community and see for yourself. So it's not really clear what "in place for some time" means.

Trying again today to upload the latest episode produces the same results. And it appears that the reply sent on 10 Dec 2020 has to this date received no response. One more attempt will be made. In the meantime, Joy in ...
